Chasing the Fox is New Zealand's premier short-format golf event - and it's unlike anything else on the sporting calendar. Six holes. Unscripted drama. Celebrity teams from across sport, media and politics going head-to-head with Ryan Fox - NZ's highest-ranked professional golfer - on his home course. Fans don't watch from behind the ropes. They walk the fairways alongside the players. Every shot. Every moment. Up close.

The 5th edition is a two-day spectacle at Royal Auckland & Grange Golf Club. Thursday 10th December brings the Ryan Fox Invitational Pro-Am - 18 holes alongside NZ's top professional golfers, with elite corporate hosting and F&B included. Friday 11th is Chasing the Fox - the ultimate golf party, culminating in the famous Party Hole finale where an amphitheatre-style crowd, live DJ, MC and your brand come together at the highest foot-traffic moment of the day. When the golf finishes, the party doesn't - a post-event DJ performance takes it into the evening.

This is the event that grew from 300 people and a viral hole-in-one in 2022 to 4,000 on the ground and 700,000 watching live on TVNZ in 2025. The one that reached 16.3 million people through PR alone. In 10 weeks of promotion.

In 2026, the campaign launches in July. Five months of build. New teams. Bigger moments. A target of 6,000+ on the day and NZ's most watched sporting event on screen.
